The location, the heater, I was worried I would be warm enough through the night. The staff was welcoming and informed me where the safest place for me to park my car, that was a biggie! I appreciated the microwave in the room to warm up my food.

This is a tired hotel in a poor location. The coffee at breakfast is good though. The staff try hard, but to be honest they don't have much to work with.

Horrible - unsafe parking lot with a prostitute that came to our car window. Had to leave as there was zero security. Had to leave and then called the front desk which offered no help. Had to cancel as we were very concerned about safety. We were supposed to get a credit back but they didnt do it.

Location was horrible. Facility was dirty, broken down and had homeless walking through the property. Utilities were broken and in disrepair. The location is in a very run down area and sketchy. Very disappointed.

I paid for a deposit of 50.00 and everything would have been great however when I went to check out the front desk clerk laughed at my concern and did not seemed bothered by the fact that my deposit was missing. I assume that they do this sort of scam on other guests but it was totally unprofessional and definitely sad I was turned away without my refundable deposit and the manager did not follow up with me. Unfortunately I will not be at staying my there again.

I was told that there was no deposit when I paid 50.00 dollars for my hotel room. Not to mention the employee had alcohol on her breath and couldn't locate my reservation. She said that there was no deposit but when I checked in not only was there a deposit but there was a fee for checking in early.

This hotel was in a horrible location and looked like it was a hotel where local homeless and addicts stayed weekly of monthly. The room was dirty with water bottles beside the bed from the last people. The curtains were stapled to the wall.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. A variety of different foods to choose from. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and nice and cool which was great especially since it was so hot outside. AC was cold except for the last room I stayed in.
